Let Fusion Personal Wellness Coaches assist you during your journey. Whether your goal is to lose weight, train for a marathon, or simply feel better, this program will provide you with the guidance and motivation you need to succeed.
Our wellness coaches help you set attainable goals and devise a safe, personalized plan of action. We provide resources to help with a wide range of health topics such as weight loss and weight management, stress management, healthy eating, and more. Fusion Wellness Coaches all hold degrees and certifications in exercise physiology, health education, nutrition and weight management.
Once you take the first step and hire a Fusion Wellness Coach, we’ll sit down for an Introductory Meeting. You’ll tell us what you want to accomplish and we’ll devise a plan to ensure that you meet your goals. We’ll weigh in and take baseline measurements to figure out where you are, in relation to where you want to be. Your Wellness Coach will provide you with the tools you need in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You will track things that contribute to your well-being like number of hours slept, workouts, meals, and water consumption. We’ll check in at the beginning of each week for a 15 minute huddle to review your lifestyle log. Together, we’ll decide what’s working and what’s not. Then we’ll use this knowledge to game-plan for the upcoming week. We’ll foresee any upcoming challenges and figure out how to beat them. Throughout the week, your coach will send you recipes and routines based on your personalized plan and you can e-mail back if you have any questions!
At the end of the month we will revisit your goals and celebrate your results!!!
